Advanced Placement and Credits

North Orange County Regional Occupational Program has entered into articulation agreements with several local community colleges.  These agreements permit students who have completed our programs to enroll in further training at the community college without having to repeat some of the basics, and receive college credits for some classes.  The requirements to receive the advanced placement and/or credits vary by the individual course.  Inquiries should be made with your instructor to learn the specifics.  College processing fees may apply.   ROP courses available for articulation are listed in our printed course schedule.

Credits apply to high school graduation, as determined by the participating district.

The number of credits are determined by the student’s hours of program attendance and active participation.
